A luxury resort development in Australia required complete bedroom suites for their premium villa accommodations. Each villa needed a coordinated set including a canopy bed, wardrobe, vanity table, and matching nightstands, all crafted from the same batch of redwood for consistent grain and color matching.
Yunxiao manufactured eight complete bedroom suites, each containing a carved four-poster canopy bed, a full-height wardrobe with brass hardware, a vanity table with mirror and stool, and two nightstands. The beds were fitted with custom silk bedding in off-white tones. All pieces used Grade-A tropical hardwood certified through legal timber channels, with the traditional nail-free tenon construction.
The project was completed in 55 working days with weekly progress photos shared with the resort's procurement team. A trial single set was produced first for client approval before mass production. The resort's general manager noted that the bedroom suites significantly elevated the perceived value of the villas, allowing them to increase nightly rates. The eco-friendly beeswax finish has maintained its luster through the tropical Australian climate.
