Company Introduction
Our Factory Profile
Founded in 2008, Yunxiao Furniture specializes in manufacturing and exporting full sets of classical solid redwood furniture. We serve global wholesalers, hotel operators and interior designers across Europe, North America, Australia and Southeast Asia.
Our 12,000-square-meter factory is situated in Xianyou County, Putian City, Fujian Province — the renowned hometown of traditional hardwood craftsmanship. Our veteran carving craftsmen adopt traditional mortise-and-tenon joinery to produce sturdy furniture well-adapted to overseas diverse climates.
Craft, Materials & Products
We adopt legally certified Machilus Nanmu, aged rare red wood and Grade-A tropical hardwood as raw materials. All our furniture is assembled purely via mortise and tenon without metal nails, effectively preventing cracking and deformation.
Every piece undergoes a 36-day constant humidity drying process, finished with eco-friendly beeswax and paint that complies with EU REACH and US CARB environmental standards. Our product range covers carved sofa tea table sets, 6–12-seater dining suites and complete bedroom furniture, with flexible OEM & ODM customization of sizes and patterns for villas and high-end resorts.
Export & One-Stop Service
Our in-house professional team handles all complete export paperwork, FSC timber certification and ISPM 15 heat-treated export packaging. Standard container orders take 45 to 60 working days for production after deposit confirmation, and partial batch shipment is available for our long-term cooperative partners.
We provide considerate supporting services including single trial sets, refundable custom samples, remote video installation guidance and free project layout drawing design.
