A European villa owner sought authentic Chinese redwood furniture to anchor a newly renovated living room. The project required a complete carved sofa set with matching tea table that would harmonize with the villa's classical European architecture while showcasing traditional Xianyou craftsmanship.
Yunxiao supplied a full six-piece carved redwood sofa set including a three-seat sofa, two armchairs, two side tables, and a carved coffee table. Each piece was handcrafted using legally certified aged redwood and assembled with traditional mortise-and-tenon joinery, without any metal nails. The cushions were custom-upholstered in off-white fabric to complement the villa's warm palette.
After 52 working days of production, the full container was shipped with ISPM 15 heat-treated packaging and FSC chain-of-custody documentation. The client received the shipment in perfect condition and reported that the furniture became the focal point of their living space, drawing admiration from guests and interior design professionals alike. The climate-adapted tenon structure ensured stability through seasonal humidity changes in the European climate.
