Manufacturing Workflow

This round tea table follows a four-stage production sequence:

• Stage 1 - Timber Heartwood Selection: Siamese rosewood boards are inspected for heartwood ratio. Only boards with a heartwood percentage exceeding 80 percent proceed to this product line.

• Stage 2 - Kiln Conditioning: Selected timber is kiln-dried to 8 to 12 percent moisture content over a 4-week cycle with gradual temperature ramping. A 48-hour equalization period follows.

• Stage 3 - Frame Joinery and Floating Tabletop: Mortise-and-tenon joints are cut to 16 mm tenon depth on the apron-to-leg connections. The round tabletop panel is fitted as a floating panel within the frame. Bamboo dowel pins reinforce all joints.

The tea table is wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and corrugated cardboard, then packed in an ISPM-15 heat-treated wooden crate with EPS foam corner blocks.
